My first day went very well.  I stayed within my calorie target.  I 
exercised.  I LOVE CURVES now that I am back into my routine.  Those 30 minutes does a body good: 
cardio and weights all in 30 min.  It's great!   However, I did not get all of my water in today.  I will do better tomorrow.  I feel good because I have made it through day 1! Praise God!
